The Commerce Commission has issued guidelines aimed at helping stop exploitation of environmental concerns.

OK its great to comment on Carbon Offsets. But who cares? How can I reach a larger audience? I am desperate, Dan. How can I tell it like it is. Most of what you read here is a load of bollocks. I care. I look and listen and the comment. Please help me.
