Carbon price could floor UK chemicals and steel makers


Mr Tom Blenkinsop MP for Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland has warned that the UK government Electricity Market Reforms and Floor Price policy for carbon could seriously undermine the UK energy intensive industries including chemical and steel.
