India committed to UNFCCC: Singh


Brasilia, Apr 16 (PTI) Keeping up pressure on rich nations to take legally binding emission cuts, India today made clear that it was committed to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) which is based on the principle of common but differentiated responsibilities.
