Poland Plans to Allocate Carbon Permits to Companies This Week


April 8 (Bloomberg) — Poland plans to allocate carbon- dioxide permits by the end of this week for its installations in the European Unions cap-and-trade system, Environment Minister Andrzej Kraszewski said.
