   Chris Bech from Norway is a con man on the run from the Norwegian Police. He is acting as real estate broker in many places in the Philippines and has already cheated a lot of people for a lot of money. He was baptised as Oystein Christiansen and later changed his name to Chris Fast Bech.Born 05.23.1956. Convicted for trafficking, creditcard fraud and heroin smuggling. Also involved in post robbery. He now starts with carbon credit trading in Mindanao and has been so generous ( with stolen money) that he gave away an ambulance. ” Selling” land in Romblon, Samar and Mindanao. Recently he also stole money from a japanese religious organisation. He is unbelievable. He is a psycopat and is cold as ice but a very good actor. He is cooperating with Steven George Rice , English ziticen born 04.16.1962 born in County Borough, Wallasey England and MR. Rice has for some time been operating in Romblon using the false name Roger Peters. He has some IT knowledge

   It is very clear this man Chris Bech is dealing in fraudulent property transactions and drug dealing in the Philippines.

   He is on the run from Norway but they can not do anything as there is not extradition

   Akihiro Kumagai Project Director Sakura Retirement Investments a not for profit established by the church advises that the church wrote recently to Mr Bech in the Philippines to asked for their money back due to news that Mr Bech has been previously convicted of fraud and drug dealing in his native country of Norway and was in hiding in the Philippines.

   Kumagai advised “when he contacted Mr Bech, he denied receiving any money and called me an asshole, he than went on to threaten me and said he had many people in the Philippines form Judges, prosecutors, law in enforcement through to politicians and he would get me.”

   All we wish to do is ensure other less fortunate people do not deal with such a man. We later found out about his criminal record in Norway and wonder why people in the Philippines allow such a criminal

   What we know is that Mr Bech also attempted to sell our project to two other groups taking money from three groups for the same property.

   Kumagai went on to advise they have now handed matter to local lawyers and police about the fraud and trust others do not fall into trap.

   Steve Rice, moves his promotions to Twitter, peddles his ugly/unprofessional websites, and maligns/insults people he thinks are “badmouthing” him on the web. It’s not badmouthing Steve it’s the truth.

   Steve is a LIAR. He tells us he is married but everyone in Odiongan knows he got his girl helper pregnant and now calls her “his wife” online. He has got a at least 2 other children in the US and UK, both different mothers, one daughter’s name is Paige Wajer, and can be found in Facebook. Now I learn he impregnated a 1…6 year old girl and left his seed in Bobon. Even if the girl wanted to have sex with him, she is underage and that is called “statutory rape”.

   Steve, just tell us the truth! You pop in and out saying you are being maligned and you call for justice. The truth is justice why don’t you start telling us the truth.

   Why do you continue to promote Chris Bech’s business? You’ve made a several Youtube videos promoting his fraudulent business even now after you say you no longer work with him.

If you are suddenly unable to see Steve Rice, it’s not because he left, it’s because he’s grown tired of your questions about his history and can no longer use you or manipulate you as potential customer to his web services or his land/investm…ent scams with Chris Bech!    Chris Bech and Steve Rice are extending their fraud in Mindanao trying to get a carbon credit scheme going. Chris is alienating a lot of people in Romblon from politicians, government employees, even the average citizen whose drying rice he runs over with his huge truck. He has also hit several people with his truck i…n Looc and around Tablas with his wreckles drunk driving. He nearly killed a poor motorcycle driver in Looc a few months back. He’s even been to the DENR in Odiongan, offering to bribe officials on environmental issues related to his land in Ferrol.

   Steve Says “Our Organic chickens are a part of our PhilAgrivest Investors ROI, we produce thousands of healthy 2 to 3 kilo chickens every 90 days….being free range with high quality feed.” BUT Shows us YouTube videos of chickens inside pens. What else are you lying about Steve and Chris. Is this really your video and… simpy confused the term free ranging or have you stollen this video passing it as your own?

   Found Steve! He is using another Alias “Roger Peters”. The profile photo is a picture of a coconut tree and the words “Island Paradise Realty” peddling Chris Bech’s fraudulent investent PhilAgriVest. Steve I thought you have nothing to do with Chris Bech’s business? Liar.
