Australia says may harmonise carbon plans with NZ

SYDNEY, Aug 20 (Reuters) – Australia is talking to neighbour New Zealand about harmonising their efforts to cut greenhouse gas emissions, Australia’s climate-change minister said on Thursday. “This is a matter where the two governments are considering possibilities,” Penny Wong told the Senate during a debate on Australia’s renewable energy target.
