Providing building construction regulations to keep down CO2 emissions sounds like a great idea. I can understand Texas' concern, they want to keep building power plants, but can't with these new regulations. At the same time Texas needs to realize these are national regulations, and Texas officials must adhere to these new rules. This is a very interesting topic, that I definitely want to learn more about. I like to use McGraw Hill's Texas Construction site to find out more on issues like this one, because their website has a ton of Texas construction news. While I occasionally work with McGraw Hill, they have been a favorite construction resource of mine long before we started working together. If you enjoy staying current on Texas construction news, check out the McGraw Hill website.
