ALFA, S.A.B. de C.V. (ALFA) one of Mexico’s largest industrial conglomerates, announced that its subsidiary Petrotemex has recently received its first Emission Reduction Certificates, also known as carbon bonds, issued by the United Nations (UN), thanks to its Energy Integration Program, that reduces 260,000 tons of CO2 emissions per year.
