		<description>I disagree with the assumption that a substance cannot be both a pollutant, and a &#039;natural and essential part of the worlds&#039; atmosphere&#039;. In fact, it is both. Other substances, for example ozone, also fall into both categories. If you change &#039;atmosphere&#039; to &#039;environment&#039;, you can also include copper, aluminium, silicon, etc, etc. Classification as a pollutant is not just to do with the identity of a substance, it is also related to its concentration, distribution, and a host of other factors.</description>
